JOB PURPOSE:
This is an excellent opportunity to join Carlow County Development
Partnership (CCDP) in the key role of PR Specialist. Joining a high
performing team and reporting to the Social Inclusion Manager the
purpose of this role is to develop our media presence, locally,
nationally and internationally.
This will involve print, radio, Tv and social media.
Our ethos is a firm belief in inclusion, equality and social justice
underpinned by a community development methodology.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
* Developing a social media presence using all platforms available
* With the Social Inclusion Manger developing and delivering an
effective communications strategy.
* Using a range of media communicate and disseminate information and
promote the opportunities and successes of CCDP
EXPERIENCE IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING AREAS WILL BE REQUIRED:
* Media
* PR
* Administration
* Communications
* Journalism
